Our multi-disciplinary team is made up of qualified psychologists with expertise in workplace wellbeing, behaviour and mental health. Using psychological models of organisational wellbeing the team will work with you to assess, formulate and deliver evidence-based wellbeing solutions or targeted interventions that will have a sustainable impact on your organisation’s wellbeing.
Beyond Training
We collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to craft bespoke strategies and implement targeted solutions, elevating workplace culture, promoting mental health awareness, and refining managerial skills. Our commitment involves ongoing evaluation, guidance, and monitoring key outcome measures, with regular data reporting and feedback. Our informative and thought provoking newsletters and our new for 2024 podcasts will ensure you stay informed on trending information, policies, and shared expertise.
Our Consultancy Process
Our consultations follow a holistic approach, identifying performance gaps and recommending tailored mental health training and webinars. We evaluate your company's current state, assess staff competencies, and pinpoint necessary interventions, ensuring timely training maintains mental health awareness at appropriate levels across your organisation.Assess
Using evidence-based assessments, we will help you to understand your current state of organisational wellbeing. This will allow you to identify areas for improvement, and inform needs and recommendations.
- Support the organisation to develop or review its wellbeing strategy
- Establish key aims and objectives of the organisation related to employee wellbeing
- Identify areas of improvement and success
- Administration of validated scales to assess a range of constructs (based on objectives) including, but not limited to: perceived stress, resilience, subjective levels of wellbeing and mental health awareness.
- Focus groups to understand employee needs.
- Presentation of key recommendations and calls to action based on needs assessment.

Having identified the strengths and areas of improvement within the organisation the team will work with key members of the customer team to deliver a tailored strategy that has sustainable impact.

We will establish and monitor key outcome measures to track success and ensure a sustainable strategy. Your organisation will be able to monitor impact through regular data reporting and feedback.
Interpretting the insight for customers of the Thrive Service
Users of Thrive’s App, Triage and Therapy services receive regular Management Information as part of their subscription. Our customer success Teams deliver and present that information in Quarterly Business Reviews and on demand. Some Customers ask that we interpret these data highlighting trends and opportunities.
Our Thrive Wellbeing Practice consultants are able on day to day experience ofThrive and our customers to reveal insight and recommend actions which will improve the health, wellbeing, morale and productivity of employees.
These interventions are often able to increase engagement with Thrive as well as providing a host of benefits at all organisational levels.
