The Thrive app utilises the latest computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (cCBT) methods
to help people manage specific stressors and retrain unhelpful thoughts.
CBT is a form of psychotherapy which taps into the way you control your mind both
consciously and subconsciously through thoughts or behaviours. Our CBT module focuses on
understanding the connection between thoughts, behaviours and emotions. The more these
connections are understood, the better they can be managed.
