We use validated self-administered questionnaires that screen for anxiety and depression. From this we recommend a personalised plan within the app and direct to the right external support to improve mental wellbeing.
The app trains you on many therapeutic techniques shown to improve mood and resilience. There are a range of techniques in the app, meaning there should be something for everyone!
Each of the techniques is evidence-based, clinically proven and used in real life therapy to help manage common mental health conditions such as stress, anxiety and mild depression.
