Our apps have the ability to prevent, screen for and help you self manage common mental health conditions such as stress, anxiety and depression.

We are very proud to have been chosen for the Inclusive Economic Partnership programme. This is a government initiative focusing on increasing awareness of mental health in the workplace. Our project is focused on supporting organisations to adhere to the 6 core mental health standards described in the 'Thriving at Work' report commissioned by Prime Minister, Theresa May.
We will be working towards improving prevention, early detection, self-management and access to counselling services with innovative organisations that have decided to make mental health a priority.
