A marathon, not a sprint
We have taken our first steps in our Kickstarter campaign as you know. The objective here is to make the campaign as 'popular' as possible. I know it sounds silly, but a single pound matters. The more backers we have the more likely it is that our campaign will be featured on the home page and that could really change the project's fortune. We have broken £100 pounds in donations over the weekend which is great. What we really need is for you to pass it on. Tell people a quid is plenty (if they feel more generous, don't stop them).
I don't know the algorithm they use, but I bet £1 from 100 people is much more likely to land us on the home page than £100 from 1 person. Go on, tell your friends and family to get you a screen shot of a £1 donation for secret Santa rather than some budgie smugglers from the pound shop.
